Why don't you call and ask? Try to understand that this the penny market, even worse the pinks. The company is required to file ownership with SEC, no financials, and tell shareholders virtually nothing.
Now you're expecting them not only to be more visible than big board stocks, but must listen to you on how to run the business, the IR department, etc. What you suggest is never going to happen ith any stock. Have you considered investing in bonds or CDs. Then everything will be clear.
I'm not raggin on ya, just trying to get you to see your expectations will never be met, not in stocks, rarely in pennies, and pinks, well...forget it.
