They also never set a time limit for it to be completed.They are possibly doing this buyback thru an outside agency which allows then to proceed in an undetermined pattern in order not to over influence share price.Whew!That's a mouthful.Hope that speculation holds some credence.

Does "inside information" preclude a company from buying back its own stock? I thought inside information only prevents company officers or employees from buying for their own accounts. Anyone?
