thank you very much for those recipes. i will try them out they sound great. i also agree with the low fat low cal corner cutting where you can, so we're definitely on the same page there.
one other question, i saw a picture you posted once that had chickens sizzling in some oil in a pan, and it looked like they were breaded like a pork chop or something. that sure did look good too. is there a chance of getting that recipe too ; )
