hi there lev. it is the "green valley butter milk ranch" dry mix. do NOT get the regular non butter milk mix from them, but get the butter milk dry mix.

most grocery stores carry both. i know wal mart does for sure.

i dont make it just like they say to, its too thick that way. use a bit more b milk ratio, but do a little at a time and whisk it.

also, i get a low fat butter milk, but found that using ONLY helmans brand mayo to mix it, is best. the store or cheap stuff is not good.

just dont use fat free bmilk. i tried it, and its gross. im sure the full fat b-milk is good too. just trying to cut some calories when i make it. yet, want it to be yummy.
