I'm sure Maj will say something about it but the way I know him he didn't say anything concrete to anybody before his article came out. As far as I know he was still investigating lately and always said that his findings will be in the article.

The stock was pretty stable in the last few days until wednesday and of course it started to sell off once the article was posted on his board. I personally saw the article early when it was posted but only because I screen his board regularly throughout the day. I didn't post it here since I didn't know whether he wanted to have it posted here or not. Afterall that's his decision so I didn't want to interfere.

I think in the future it will be the case that these findings will be posted on his premium board and people who pay for it will be able to view it as early as any article will come out.

Cgpi : gonna be short since I am using my iPhone.., Everybody who spoke with the company on the CC had no position in the stock at the time Maj wrote his piece... Maj's article was extremely restrained given the issues his research dug up. EXTREMELY restrained, IMO. I would call his little piece the tip of an iceberg. He is definitely giving IR and the company every chance to clear these issues. Personally I highly doubt they will be able to do so properly, but hope I am wrong. I would be careful with this one going forward.
