CGPI, You missed my point, JoeN. It is not that CGPI was a good buy after the selloff to the 3.20 level. I had posted the same thoughts on the VMC board that I thought CGPI was a good buy when it hit there.

Assuming you were in the group that heard about the story in advance, I'm sure you were even more grateful for the opportunity to sell (or even better, go short) ahead of time. Hardly seems fair to those that bought your shares that obviously weren't in that inner circle. I do believe that Maj should at least give these companies a chance to investigate and respond in kind before he lets word of these investigations out to anyone.

We saw the market reaction: Roughly 20% of market cap or about $15 million in market cap was lost in the selloff last week. Maj said he had a 2 1/2 hour conf call with the company. I'm guessing the company Reps he talked to were all floored or at least taken aback by all those allegations that were presented to them. I respect Maj but the whole thing seems rather like a trial where the defendant is assumed guilty until proven innocent and some also seem to know the verdict in advance.
