And and and... There is also 4mil additional shares mentioned here in the ibox, in the merger details posted. I'm not sure where the math begins and ends, but that puts us in the 180ish range.

I think the answer is yes to both. Keep in mind that I do not think Van Den Toorn was part of the team until after the merger was completed. He got about 1.4M shares which are in the system as proposed sales now. The bulk of the dilution I think is due directly to the merger. We won't really know the exact numbers and where they came from until a financial filing is completed. That 180ish number I've presented is directly from a spreadsheet provided to IR by the TA about a month ago. The float is what I'm curious about. I believe we're a little north of 35M now, but I can't be sure what the number is. People don't realize that most of the 180Mish shares in the o/s are restricted. Guess what happens if Dwight's plan actually materializes and the full value of Histostem is unlocked...not a lot of what I call free trading shares are available. Anyway.........have a great day.
