Yes you could have a case. A real case. Not a trillion dollar fantasy. At the very minimum they would be responsible for your Medical expenses and out of work expenses. All depends if you were part to blame or not. I hope you called the police to make a record of the event. I hope you got the manger involved. You should look into talking to a professional lawyer in this field.
