I would say he will do nothing different and report as always what the daily trading numbers are including short volume..Thanks fourkids for supplying the information to all shareholders of record...veno

According to FINRA, November 10, 2010 was the date the market makers were suppose to be providing "short exempt" data to FINRA on a daily basis.

Any word on why not a single short exempt has been reported for EXPH or any other pinky for that matter?

Are MM's not complying? Are they not required to report after pushing back? Why the delay?

Looking forward to what the senior offical at FINRA tells you.
