Only a small portion of the shareholder base put any credibility into Hodges' fantasy settlement. Frizzell represents CMKX who obviously is pursuing what has potential to put funds back into the company, and has not bee involved in any capacity with Hodges' quest.
Why should he waste a second of his day addressing it is beyond me. Hodges dug his grave and Peter Mahue will do what he needs to do given the bullseye that Hodges painted on his back.
I'm pretty sure payback is going to be a bitch when all is said and done.
best thing Frizzy can do is, do nothing and say nothing about this Krazy Al/GI nonsense. Why embroil oneself in sheer looniness? Peter's a big boy. If he thinks it is worth his while, he'll blow up Al's craziness when he is ready.
