If you look at the treasury shares and see there is less than 100 million shares available and the boards salary comes to about 50 million shares per year, and, there is $0 to pay salaries, so they will be taking stock instead, it becomes obvious why the jack needs the reverse split.

A growing boy needs to eat doesn't he?

The treasury will be depleted in less than 2 years as the share price continues to drop and the parasites will no longer have a viable host to feed on.
