my opinion of the Proxy Statement: i believe it to be true, for the most part, my opinion would be that i would disagree with items noted on p.18 & 19 as to lacking some information - but i maight be missing something, something about a class action something or other, and if so it would be merely my opinion that it's missing from there and is salt and peppered elsewhere in the proxy ...
BTW, if i don't respond to the one or two questions I occasionally get - don't take it personally, I do care for the folks I've met here by posts or in person, i'm just another SH and it's all just opinion anywhooo ...
