Huh? They'd hire new management that was really the management of the company they planned to merge with? That doesn't make any sense.

My guess is that someone reminded them that FINRA would have to approve a merger.

Then where is the 8K??
That would be a material event for both EIGH and the other company.
Not filing an 8K would be illegal.
