I wish it was that easy. The DTCC is a Private Company, and really reports to nobody and are very difficult to deal with. Last year right when the freeze happened we had a attorney contact them. We got nowhere. The DTCC Legal, told us, that there was a possibility to lift freeze if we moved to the OTCBB, which we are in the process of doing. If what I was told correct, this is a new regulation of reapplying to the DTCC.
We have not by no means been sitting on our hands and doing nothing, but we were very limited in what we could do as long as the SEC had Litigation against the parties. We have now been in contact with the DTCC and trying to get this resolved as mentioned in the update posted on our website.
