*Authorized Shares refer to the largest number of shares that a single corporation can issue. Not to be confused with authorized shares, Outstanding Shares refer to the number of stocks that a company actually has issued. This number represents all the shares that can be bought and sold by the public as well as all the restricted shares that require special permission before being transacted.
Buzzie, to explain the reconciliation of the share structure...
To explain the reconciliation of the share structure, either one of two things had transpired.
Either the NWTT Float is higher than the amount of shares listed as the Float as of 30 Aug 2010 where some restricted shares could have become unrestricted over time… or… there is a huge naked short that exists here with the amount of inventory for shares "officially" available for the public.
I guess there could also be a third consideration which would be both... an increase in the actual amount of shares in the Float... plus a huge naked short existing.
Again, I have no reason to doubt it, but there really could be a huge squeeze for shares if the buying pressure is going to be as huge as some of us expect. I could be wrong and we can only see a small amount of shares traded in NWTT tomorrow with no movement in price.
However, given the amount of due diligence (DD) that have been posted coupled with the news that was released right before the market closed this past Friday, I have a feeling that we might see some volume above average here with NWTT. As for where we could trade… I think most of you already know how I feel about that. Again, I could be wrong.
