NWTT - Float

Many people of this board have sent request for confirmation over and over in the past months for verification of the float. The MM IR FIRM as repeatedly stated that Pink Sheets is correct! 322 MILLION!!!

The collective thinking of the board is that it around 1.1 to 1.4 Billion! The NWTT board is holding 1.5 Billion Shares. So

According to the SEC files, the fails to deliver in NWTT for the second half of December 2010 consisted of fails for a single day.
