Yes - it is interesting. I imagine you could find out more - there is literature on it. In the spring they have a fabulous art fair there - really quality, expensive, unusual things.

Kinder treatment then that. BTW, you know one of the big differences between Bud and Michelobe. Michelobe is actually aged, Bud is aged by ether and electricity. They bubble the ether through it while being zapped. Quite a common way to "age" moderate priced beer.
