i have asked those on this board who keep posting this buy-in nonsense to provide examples and not a single one has been posted yet.
it doesn't have to do with being a Pink Sheet stock since there are legit companies like Nintendo which trade on the Pinks. EIGH however has been suspended by the SEC and is trading on the Grey Sheets.
so ryanmnly, can you post examples of similar stocks to EIGH which have had a buy-in notice?
If he's not, I am. In all cases, the NSS claims by scam companies, their crook CEO's and their deluded/defrauded bagholders were total nonsense. Therefore, never a need for that!
