Show me where CDIV is under investigation by the SEC???????

Anyone???........... No......didn't think so!

I've been reading peoples posts over the last few months stating that the SEC will NOT look into Companies just because all the investors are calling in especially regarding NSS and yet now when you feel your statement is relevant then what, The SEC Will look into a company because of investors calling!!! LMFAO

So I stand by My Statement and say that CDIV is not as per Public Record under SEC investigation and any suggestions to it being probable is misleading!!

If nothing else, all of the investors calling the SEC to investigate the NSS will have raised notice for this company.

I stand by my statement since it is very relevant.
