As I stated in the post you replied to:

If nothing else, all of the investors calling the SEC to investigate the NSS will have raised notice for this company.

I stand by my statement since it is very relevant.

Btw, it is very unlikely that there is a NSS position here.

Thank you Karen for posting this . As you can see the SEC is investigating the other company based on the PR's re acquiring Monks Den amongst the other reasons mentioned but it does not state that Monks Den or FLD's nor CDIV are under SEC investigation, therefore you're basing your risk factor on what?......your opinion?
