I sent in a couple questions myself. This is quite a setback for CDCH and MDMN and while there is a SIGNED JVA in place, a lot of folks are not going to see that but only see history repeating itself. The MM's are going to take full advantage of this situation and drive the price down as far as they can. I firmly believe that the JVA is signed but I'm just a small fish in a much larger ocean and what I believe doesn't matter because I don't have a seat on an exchange. I really hope that they can clarify their statement and give the shareholders something more than a nebulus future date. I would venture a guess that their phonelines and email inboxes are filling up mighty quick so we may have an additional update this weekend. We shall see. This is a serious setback but with the contract still in place, I anticipate only short term rough waters.

Maybe the time needed to fix the problem is so short a second date is not needed. I dont think they celibrate MLK day down there so it might be resolved before Tuesday

Ya Rick. We have been on the 1 yard line many times over the last years only to see it just kind of disapate and drift away. The same thing could very well happen here. Im not saying that is the case here. But every one joining togather at this time requesting more information is truly the proper thing to do. And we all need to persue this until we get the clarification we need. Indy.

Here is my submission to Medinah:

I am very disappointed that the Jan. 15 transfer date was missed and am very concerned about the stock price come Tuesday morning.

Would it be possible to provide additional details on the cause of the delay and the expected resolution date prior to the market opening on Tuesday morning?

Also, given that the delay is from our partner, would it be possible to at least disclose the identity of our new partner(s)?
