If the JVA partner is in breach, then the extension easily can be conditioned on allowing Medinah to disclose the partner and details of the extension. With all due respect, that update is lacking material information, such as the length of the extension, which JVA partner was having the problem and anticipated remedy. There is no legitimate excuse for the Company not to provide more information. Unfortunately, the MM's will take advantage of it so be ready to buckle down.
The other problem I have is that many "reputable" posters on MP basically said the money was transfered. I don't know how to reconcile that without completley ignoring the obvious -- the Company reporting a delay.
The "silver lining" in it all is the fact that the update did disclose "a signed JVA". That's all I'll say on it. I really need a drink. Now you guys know why I said Friday I still want to hear the fat lady sing. GLTA next week. It could be very rough but remember, we're all ahead of the game here.
