With regards to the 1/15/2011 Q&A update indicating the extension of the deadline to receive funds, why was a second deadline not included? Was it because the delay is assumed to be minor and it will be fixed immediately? Or is it because there was no way of quantifying how long it will take to rectify this problem? The lack of a second deadline or expectation of when this will be resolved has cast a pall of uncertainty that will no doubt affect the share price in the short term unless the company is able to communicate the length of this delay. Can you please clarify this as soon as possible and post an update? Thank you.

I strongly encourage all shareholders to request from Medinah and Cerro to clarify how long it will take to resolve this issue and to provide any specifics as far as what caused the delay.
You know Mariner. This is a situation where its not anything that Les gc or jj should have any problem addressing the share holders. In fact it a natural question we all should be privy to and should expect to be answered. If we dont recieve anything by the end of today. I think it might be prudent for a large portion of share holders to start a petition asking for clarification as to these issues. indy.
