We had an attorney contact the DTCC back when the Freeze happened. We tried and basically our attorney told us until the SEC litigation was finalized, that we had almost zero chance to lift it.

We are in the process of getting everything together to move back to the OTCBB. We did try!

Why did it take you untill dec to contact the DTCC to find out how to unfreeze CXAC ? We've been frozen for 16 months !!!

I agree with your post and all along we had the fancy attorneys that should of advised and why didn't the fancy accountants keep the financials current? Jorge's strong suit is sales and the others on board for a hefty price failed to do their job. IMO Makes me wonder since if we were never a defendant, why we were punished in the first place. It is like we were in jail awaiting someone else's trial!
