This may just all be a function of the well-established administrative sloppiness, but it's a legitimate issue.
"The website says it's part of 8000 inc. http://www.8000incgroup.com" The company name registered in Barbados is GROUP 8000INC., not 8000inc Group as you referenced on the website. One of the few things*** that we can be certain of is that there is no entity named Group 8000inc that has been incorporated in 8000inc's home state of Nevada. http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpSearch.aspx
What is not clear is whether Group 8000inc was simply registered by EIGH as a business name, as required by Barbados law to allow what they call an "external company" to do business in Barbados, or if a separate Barbados corporation using that name was established by either EIGH or someone else. The Barbados Corporate Affairs website doesn't help at all in settling this.......the data file reads as follows: name GROUP 8000INC. number 33833 datereg/inc 2010-10-19 category Company
***Actually, I think we also know that EIGH could not use the name "GROUP 8000INC." in the US without actually having a subsidiary incorporated under that name. Whether they could use that name in Barbados without the same formal requirement of incorporation isn't as clear. http://www.caipo.gov.bb/corp/inner/companies.html#ext
