Interesting that 8000 GroupInc. was registered in Barbados AFTER the troubles started with the SEC.

That's a tough call. Group 8000 Inc was registered on 19 October. The SEC didn't suspend until 4 November.

But it was after the PRs about Monk's Den, and after the dividend mess. There's good reason to think the authorities were already asking questions.
