The casino wasn't the only fake business. How about the absurd claim that this scam owned the 900,000 sq ft. Southbridge Hotel and Conference Center in Southbridge Massachusetts? That bogus claim has now been removed from their fraud-filled website after being there for close to one year.
This con game now has so much legal liability for the fraud it has committed that even if it made a few bucks schlepping t-shirts, the lawyers representing all of the wiped out shareholders could get every penny of it.
And merger? HA! Any company which merged with this scam would find itself liable for every fraudulent act in which this scam was involved. The lawyers would love to see a merger. It would give them more assets to seize.
