But seriously, he did tell me over the phone last summer that they were cleaning up the books, will be puttin out audited financials, and will fully disclose the share structure and the specifics of the HM3 aquistion with audited financials. I view this as good and neccessary step to become a real company and build their empire in 2011. Certainly hope this is not an item they whaffle on.
