Agree....wasn't thinking of that aspect of the FINS. There are alot of potential investors who are interested in knowing the details of how IHSN aquired HM3.
The timing would be right.. "last summer".. just thinking that when the float increased it might have been in part do to an audit for uplisting... another stock I'm in recently had to take their preferred shares and convert them to common for this.. Just wondering if Chris had some preferred shares and converted them.
