That's really strange. The Q they just filed on the 11th makes it abundantly clear that all of the current common will be cancelled.

So why are the IR people saying something quite different to shareholders? Do they really not understand? Maybe the company didn't bring them up to speed on the restructuring agreement, and they haven't read the Q.

But someone should call and ask about all that, I think...
