Thanks RHINO, and good luck this weekend! Here's the stats> 3.42 hrs in the marathon, was on pace to be under 3.00-3.15 hrs through mile 22 then....lol...it got a bit ugly...
placed in top 5% of the 29-34 year old age group in the tri.
