wireless: It looks like you might be on to something. A little more accurate calculation For H. Goldberg shows:
1/03/05 price $21.13 X 23,616 shares = $499,006
2004 Salary $418,200* X 120% = $501,840
*Current salary as of April 28, 2004 Proxy Report
This still doesn't explain what the Feb 28 RSU grants were for, or what about the cash bonus portion of the award.
We might get a little more information when the 2005 proxy statement comes out.
It appears he cannot receive more than 120% of his salary in RSU's -- was his salary approx. $500K which would mean the 2005 RSU bonuses should be over?
