i agree, they never had any initial plans to run a real business, i believe they thought they could sell shares and when the a/s was maxed out that, they released unrealistic projections and forecasts hoping that a larger competitor like lifelock would buy them out.
Also---As a direct answer to your question: the links I put out are directed at awareness of the Company Guard Dog ID as you can would see if you opened one of the Twitter links, Facebook pages etc.... They are generally links to Guard Dog ID Pr's, sites etc... And There is no call to action to invest or buy stock...that would also ideally and smartly require a disclaimer document if done.
