You need to go back and read the post concerning the lawsuit to understand it. It is a counter claim that when settled will clear the way for HLNT to move forward. The oods of this turning out bad for HLNT are very low when you understand the facts of the case.
Someone gets injured on the property of your house and wants to sue. But...at the time the injury happened you didn't own or live in your home, the previous and now bankrupt former owners did and promised (without your knowledge when you bought the home) that person financial compensation.
So...fast forward and that injured person now wants money out of YOU instead of the former owners who he knows can't pay.
