You know, I think you're right! Some kind posters did put some very informative posts up not all that long ago with respect to RICO and Defamation.

Shell and Bishop I think were the thoughtful souls who did that wonderful public service.

Maybe someone will be so kind as to re-post them and refresh all our memories since the SEC has filed suit and is clearly and strongly on the side of good for all these companies, our own little RCCH included.

SEC + RCCH = Very bad news for Gendarme/Granada Capital.

Mr. Gene Newton, who claims to have billions in assets, secertly sold 2.1bil shares at a 30-50% discount.
seems to me the RICO investigation should start with good ol gene.

he started it all off as stated by the SEC.
