Isnt all governmental action against criminal conspiracy RICO? months back some folks posted what constitutes criminal conspiracy, as you pointed out..who possibly forged certs ? or sold illegally?, who profitted any and all from the big fish to the small ones they possibly paid for whatever small deed if any?, even if they were paid to post lies on message boards to continue the hinder business? I think all these fall under RICO dont others think it possible? wasnt that what RICO was designed for to unlock the vast web of a conspiracy?
