Movieguy, exactly! It's unusual, IMO, for such a large firm to be on board with a company that is so early into the game. I have to say, though, that I'm not sure that we have to have the Virgin suit settled for this relationship to work, as you say. (although, I feel strongly, that the Virgin suit WILL be settled, if it's not already). This firm is so big, and so many companies are going to be learning of NEOMS tech, and there will be so much excitement generated, I feel that the Virgin suit will be over-shadowed by it all. After all, it's not uncommon for companies to have legal issues, of one kind, or another. So, IMO, with this HUGE developement, I feel that although it's important, the Virgin suit be settled, it has all of the sudden become less of an issue. FCB, obviously feels that NEOMS patents are solid, and even without a settlement, the tech is so impressive, that they want to work with NEOM regardless of the fact that the case has not been 'closed' yet!
