These guys are another nail in the frame work of credibility that NeoMedia management is assembling. But what strikes me is that you land an agency like these guys WHEN YOU HAVE A PRODUCT TO SELL!!!

Though I don't know the deal, I wouldn't assume that management has to pay Foote Cone anything. As an agency, FC will want to offer their client programs that help FC bill for advertising. FC has an extensive internet and web group that could build the micro web sites that will be necessary for the PC product.
If FC is smart they will want to bring this product to their clients. And since FC is based in Chicago, and NeoMedia has a major sales office in the suburbs of Chicago, it makes sense that NeoMedia sales people approached FC, they said cool, and a deal was struck for FC to develop direct marketing programs to their client base. Not rocket science, and it is a win-win relationship.

I do believe that this will help. But it is important to understand that one of two things has to happen, 1. name registry is around the corner, and the Virgin suit is settled. If not, then this relationship will go no where. I don't know that the Virgin suit will be settled on 4/15, lets hope it is. I think the real situation is exactly as it has always been: the patents are solid, it's just a matter of the judge confirming what management knows, and we believe and all the pieces for name registration and PC are coming together. This is how it starts.
