Found a little gold, but a lot of snow. More like a drive for countless hours because the Garmin has no idea there is 200 stop lights on the route kind of trip. The "remote" property the Realtor was trying to sell me was in a neighborhood, but that didn't keep us from panning it anyway until someone started writing down our tag numbers. lol Surprisingly we found good gold there. Oh well, I'll keep trying. Hitting up a new location at the end of the month.
