I'm a technical analyst with my stock picking for the most part, and really don't rely on fundamentals. When BIPH was at 1.35ish, I was feeling good about a move to $4-6 in about a 6 week time span. The breakout is significant enough to yield 200+% over a short time period. All indicators confirm this rally, so after a retrace at some point, it should go much further. Fundamentally, the deal should be near and move to a new exchange is in order, so I don't see it "crashing and burning". CEO also mentioned a bit of institutional buying starting happening around 2. FWIW.
