If you are committed to this, then yes, the best thing is not to watch. No one likes seeing being in something for years and having your account showing a mid 5 figure loss.

But its a paper loss and since I'm not selling here, its not a realized loss.

I know many are in the same boat as I am, with significant paper losses at this time............just trying to hang in there during this silence, which obviously is bringing back fear.
