To prove there is not one is a very difficult thing to do. I have not seen anyone on this board disprove this statement ("CDIV is locked") yet.

I guess it all depends on ones definition of "locked" doesn't it.

IMO, a FLD is a penny stock fairy tale. It's just another way to try and pump a stock.

The fact is, there is absolutely no way to prove or disprove that CDIV is under some sort of FLD so, discussing it is 'useless'.
