You know the company cannot sell those shares recovered on the open market, right? I've heard you mention that before. If the company could sell shares on the open market, they would not have had to obtain funding through the PPM's.
As far as the lawsuit against Scott goes, your story isn't the same as his story, not that your lying, but maybe Scott is not getting the same information from Jack as you are.
