The shares were going to be sold to the rat, jack and I for $10 and valuable consideration. They were stock certificates. We could have then sold the shares from our brokerage accounts and put the money in an Exobox bank account.
That was the plan.
Very puzzling why it was not carried out and Exobox and Scott and others were left in the lawsuit.

I tried but he never took my calls or returned my messages.
Bob was going to try and bring him into the deal also.
Not that it ever happened, jack just left town without calling Bob and cancelling the meeting.
One of the weirdest turn of events I ever saw.
It was then that I realized that jack was in this only for himself.
He wanted the money from the Kampa deal and to hell with all of the shareholders.
Now he has appointed himself a generous $168K salary he is in position to siphon off the money that may come into the company.
