You cant be serious?? You actually subscribe to TA effecting a sell off with the underlying fundamentals?? There is a DEFICIT in SUPPLY!!! Any pullback will be met by verocious buying by government entities and investors across the world and the LBMA and COMEX are empty!!! We arent headed down, we are headed straight UP when the bullion banks default!!!

I agree that silver might be ready for a decline. I have shorted it since Monday. Currently appear to be in a triangle pattern on the hourly chart. RSI and MACD showing negative divergance on the 3 hr chart. Also, silver has broken the daily rising trendline. Also, look at some other securities and we can see some correlation. Gold is trading at its 100 day sma, silver has touched its 50 day sma. Gold has broken its rising trendline as well. IMO things are looking a little bearish for silver. My plan is to short it down to its 100 day SMA. I am establishing a small core position. I will add and subtract from that postition taking profits as it works it way down.

There are a total of 417 Billion notional in Gold derivatives outstanding – AND THE GOLD / SILVER Price RATIO is 49:1 – then WHY are outstanding notional silver derivatives 127 Billion???? These BIS numbers suggest that the proper gold / silver ratio should be roughly 3.3:1 or silver priced TODAY at 1,400 / 3.3 = 424.00 per ounce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
