Exactly. Their credibility has been destroyed with this SEC debacle. They need to come clean and tell us all the nitty gritty details in regards to where our investment stands. GLTA
I have checked and I have not seen anywhere that Carnes or Powalisz have made any statements to their shareholders after they were released. In reality I don't think their stocks had much following IMO. But it would seem like the responsibility of the CEO and also the courteous thing to do.
I know Jared has been busy, but he also has had plenty of time to prepare a shareholders message that will try and clear the air and attempt to begin to restore shareholder‘s confidence.
Jared obviously claimed he had no money for a million dollar reduction in penalties. Got to love the system. However, that does not free up EESO from legal suits including class actions now that a judge found him guilty. I will sure be looking into my legal options.
