With the SEC legal issues now settled what’s next? It would seem that Jared/EESO no longer has a valid reason to not communicate. The WG situation is still in question but, IMO, can no longer be used as an excuse for non communication. Jared/EESO owes the longs an accurate statement of the company circumstances and without delay. Many have questioned Jared’s character and intensions over the last 12 to 18 months and rightly so. Now he has the opportunity to put all the negative BS to rest. As more time goes by without any communication to the share holders the odds of recovery get more and more slim. IMO there is business going on and there is a good chance for recovery but I am watching the clock. BTW, if WG is still a problem standing in the way of communication to the share holders Jared could issue a simple PR stating that at this time the WG situation is still standing in the way of communicating in detail with the share holders. I don’t know about the rest of the share holders but that would go a very long way towards making me feel much better about where this thing is headed. All IMO of course.
