I'm not sure what the status of the Monks Den/Jerry Williams securities price manipulation "teams" are at this point. Most of them seem to be inactive after taking their money and running.
The big variable is the SEC investigation of Monkster. While the bagholders are still hoping that EIGH will be revived (usually because the bad NSS people will get caught), an actual indictment of Monkster will probably allow EIGH to die a quiet and unlamented death.
