Whatscooking you have nailed it once again !! SH have absolutely nothing to lose by stirring things up a bit (or should I say bigtime). We cannot go down from these levels.
I am liking all your ideas especially about voicing a complaint with the NY attorney general. I have learned firsthand the SEC moves at a snails pace and then leaves you in the dark with respect to their investigation. Although I do not live in NY it seems the NY Attorney General certainly is aggressive and enjoys the spotlight so maybe he would be someone that could fight for us if all else fails.
I am not sure FH can be intimidated into releasing updates or providing SH with financials by contacting his valued accounts but it is certainly worth a try as nothing else has worked for the past decade.
