I believe that it has hit the radar of many momo players when the downtrend was broken two days ago and then the 200 day ma broken yesterday it is a screaming breakout. There are many who do follow TA.
Insiders are not the buyers. First they are already owed big money that I am sure they will swap for equity at some point. Also if they knew things we ready to take off they would be buying more than 100k worth a day.
Good to see but its certainly not institutional or insider buying this up here imho.
